Aquarium

We went to the aquarium and Josh was really interested in the fish. Although, going up and down the steps was also a hit.

Contradictions

Today we played with butterflies and garbage trucks.




Amazingly I got Josh to say "cheese" and captured the smile while holding the camera out for a self portrait.


Saying of the day: "I like cookies".

Good Morning

The first thing Josh says in the morning is "I'm finished".

What's new this week

Favorites

• Phrase: "No like it"
• Food: A tie between yogurt and hummus
• Vehicle: At the moment, a Mercedes Matchbox car, since it's the newest.
• Cheese: Pecorino Romano (Josh asked for it by name, unprompted. It took me about 20 tries to figure out what he was saying.)

Trick or Treat

Josh was a very reluctant trick-or-treater. We barely managed to get his costume on and I don't think the car he is holding left his hand the whole time.


















After a while though, he finally went up for some candy (for mom, of course) although not a trick or a treat was heard.






Our friend Winnie the Pooh also came along to check out the "halloween street".

Pumpkin Carving

Josh wasn't too interested in getting his hands dirty, but he seemed to like the pumpkins. Mostly he just wanted to pick up the pumpkins.

Piggy

Josh really liked this bouncy toy at Viv and Erich's house. He called it a "piggy".

Visiting friends

We had fun visiting our friends down south. Josh, Nate and Lincoln had a good time pushing trucks in the dirt and sand!
