Strep Throat

What are the odds that Dad can escape strep throat? Mom, Josh and Daniel were all diagnosed w/strep yesterday. So, we are all home today, waiting for the magic "24 hour" mark on antibiotics before we go back out into the world.

I just gave Josh some new building toys and Josh asked me. What does 3 twos make? Before I could answer, Josh said "6". My opinion might be a little bit biased, but I think I have math genius here!

Josh showed me something he built and said "that is what the constructions said. Isn't that wonderful?"

Long live the sandbox

Josh and Daniel spent the afternoon playing sometimes together and sometimes side-by-side. It was great, we even managed to get a bunch of yardwork done.

Spring!

Daniel spies a basketball court across the way and says "shoot".

Spring! Finally, after what seemed like the coldest winter ever and here we are in short sleeves on the playground.
