New Toy

It is fun, fun, fun to cruise on the bike with Daddy.

Daniel, Daniel, Daniel

• Last week it was insanely hot out and when Daniel and I went outside I said "Wow, Daniel, it's hot out here". Daniel said, "Blow on it" and then tried to cool off the hot air.
• When Daniel see's letters in a book or on a shirt or anywhere really he says "ABCDs".
• Today Daniel insisted on wearing a hat before going outside. After looking through all the hats in the closet, we finally figured out he wanted to wear the orange, knit UVA hat that he wore in the winter. He kept it on the entire time we were outside.

Josh has become a prolific artist. Here are some photos of the type of pictures he is drawing. Crayons and markers seem to be his favorite medium. We get so many amazing pictures home every day that none stay on the walls for long!

The Garden

Doesn't the garden look good so far? Except the far right, we've had to squirrel proof becasuse they ate all of our chard. Peas, lettuce, zucchini anyone?

Airplane

It's a little hard to see, but Josh drew, cut out and assembled this airplane all by himself. It has the wheels for landing gear, the tailfins (?) and even the cockpit. Amazing.
